1. What is the Minimum age of admission in Nursery ?
Answer: Ideally it should be 2.5 years on 01 April of the session the child is being
admitted to, one can proportionally upscale as per class per year.
2. What documents are required at the time of admission in any class?
Pre requisite : Registration & Interaction or Competency test
Docs required : i) Date of Birth certificate issued by competent authority (Mandatory)
ii) SLC issued by last school (except nursery) iii) Report card of last class passed (not
applicable for Nursery) iv) Address Proof v) Identity Proof vi) Passport Size
Photographs of Student, Mother & Father or Guardian.
3. What documents are accepted as address proof or proof of identity?
Answer : Address Proof : Ration card, Adhar Card, Passport, Electricity or water Supply
Bill etc.
Identity Proof : Passport, Voter Card, Pan card, Adhar card, Identity card Issued by any
Govt. Organisation (Police, Armed forces/ Para Military Forces)
4. Where should I get the books and dress from?
Books are available at school’s tuck shop (Litera Gear). As far as dress is concerned Ms
Abhishek Dress - Braut is authorized vendor for the dress. However parents are free to
get the dress prepared from anywhere they want. (Mount Litera Zee Schools have same
dress everywhere).
5. What are the school timings?
School time changes as per season and local govt orders. Contact school reception @8941080023/26
for latest update.
6. Whom should I contact in case of any problem?
Usually any update from parent side is to be reported at the reception for record update at
school. Any complaint may be registered at the school reception with reception
executive. Seek the complaint registration number for future reference. He / She will get
back to you with in a time limit and update.
7. Whom should I contact in case of some Academic Problem?
General academic issues may be discussed with class teacher at care call (CTs contact
parents 2-3 times a month called care call). In case of some urgent attention issue , you
can speak coordinator through reception. Reception executive will arrange the
communication at parents request as when coordinator is available (preferably same day).
8. When can I make a call to the class teacher or Coordinator ?
In case of urgency CTs /Coordinator may be contacted on any working day between 14:00 Hrs to
15:00 hrs. Kindly avoid calling any teachers after 16:00 hrs.
9. How can I to deposit the school fee?
School fee may be deposited in Cash at the counter on any working day during the school
hrs till 16:00 hrs (Quarterly/Monthly).
An account payee cheque may be sent through students (Cheque must carry student’s
detail at the back with mobile numbers
School fee may be deposited directly in the school account (through net banking ). Send
the screen shot of the transaction done through whatsapp to the school Accountant @
6396588575 or School admin @ 7055236977 with student’s detail.
10. When can I visit the school to meet Teachers or Principal?
School office may be visited during working hrs for official purpose on working days.
Parents can meet school teachers on Saturdays after school from 14:00 to 15:00 hrs.
Meeting with Principal :
Subject to Prior Appointment through reception to avoid inconvenience to parents in
general.
Saturdays 09:00 to 10:00 hrs is open time to meet Principal without
appointment.
11. What should I do if my ward misses the Bus?
Kindly be in time at your stop. You have to drop your ward to the school on your own.
And inform the school reception.
12. Can I take or withdraw school transport or change route in between
of the
session?
School routes are planned in the starting of the session so, we do not guarantee the
approval. However if available it would be allotted on the payment of full quarter fee.
Monthly payment for transport is not applicable.
Change of route is subject to availability of seats in case of any genuine reason. Amount
charged for the change would be ‘whichever is more on comparison of charges of present
and requested route’ . Seat cannot be guaranteed to the student in case of route change in
between of the session on parent’s request even if it is approved.
13. How can I pick my ward from the school before school goes off?
Half days or mid day pickups are to be avoided as far as possible, if you have any urgent
movement, please do not send your ward to school just for 02 to 03 hrs.
In case of emergency, student may be picked by the parents only (whose details and
approval is available with school). Students will not be handed over to any unauthorized
or unknown person under any circumstance (even if he/she is relative). Parents are
requested to visit the school themselves in case of such situation.
14. What is care call ?
Care call is the school’s initiative to keep in touch with parents to update and discuss
issues related to the students with parents at a regular interval, usually 2-3 times a month.
Parents are requested to discuss the problems with teachers with open mind and adopt the
suggested methods to improve student’s performance. It should be taken seriously and
must be attended by parents only. Kindly update your mobile number with school.
This conversation between parents and CTs will be recorded for training and
analysis purpose.

School rules and regulations are made to make the system function well, so that quality
services may be imparted to students and parents. Parents are requested to follow the
guidelines given by the school in their own and students’ interest. Be formal in any
approach while dealing with school or school employees.
